Practice Information
Do you offer telehealth or online therapy? Yes. I use HIPAA compliant platforms to provide services online.
Who do you work with? I work with adult women.
Where are you located? I am based in Florida, but provide online EMDR Intensive and KAP therapy for moms in Delaware, Florida, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
What is your availability? I am available Monday thru Friday 9 am EST to 5 pm EST. Weekend meeting options are available on a limited basis.
What is your cancellation policy? There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Within 48 hours, clients are responsible for the full fee of the scheduled service. All clients must maintain a valid credit card on file.
Therapy Information
What kind of therapy do you offer? I offer EMDR therapy in a brief and concentrated format. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
What kind of results can I expect? My clients report experiencing more control of their emotions, calm and ease in their bodies, improved ability to challenge unhelpful beliefs, heightened confidence and clarity in how they show up in their lives, and feeling more present and connected with themselves and others.
How long does therapy take? In an EMDR Intensive format (with or without KAP), therapy takes place over the course of 3 weeks; depending on our schedules.
Do you give homework? Yes and no. I may use an EMDR Intensive Workbook to help us clarify your needs and targets and monitor your progress. The need for this depends on how much awareness and insight you have of your own needs. You will also be tasked with practicing the skills and tools we develop during sessions to help instill the new insights and connections you make in therapy.
How often do we meet? We will meet for 1 EMDR Prep Talk, 3 EMDR Intensive sessions, and 1 EMDR Debrief. If doing KAP, there will be an additional 1 KAP Dosing session.
Financial
Do you take insurance? No. I do provide a superbill that you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I am connected with Thrizer (link on Rates page) to help clients navigate this process.
What is your rate? $250/hour for EMDR Prep Talk, EMDR Intensive, and EMDR Debrief sessions. $275/hour for KAP Dosing session.
What forms of payments do you accept? I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA funds. I also offer 6 months interest fee financing through CareCredit.
How and when will I pay for services? All payments will be processed at the start of each session. A 50% deposit is due for EMDR Intensive and KAP Dosing sessions at the time of booking. The deposit is put towards the full fee for those sessions. Payments are processed through the electronic health record (EHR) using the method of payment in your file.
